Eco Yoga Park

We are an eco-village located at 60 kms from Buenos aires city and 10 kms from General Rodriguez, into an unique rural environment. Park’s settled in the argentinian pampas

heart. The area is very green, natural and with lot of native birds species. It is surrounded by big field extension, whith exceptional colourful sunrises and sunsets, and very nice places for walking. Atmosphere here is relaxed and friendly.

Volunteer program:

Our Volunteer program is special for
those who want to experience an eco aldea way of life, take part in sustainable
activities as organic agriculture, eco building, oriental art, eco and mystic
tourism, gardening, vegetarian cooking, etc, and, at the same time, to experience the quietness and harmony given by yoga and meditation.

Volunteers work for 4 to 5 hours a day in sustainable activities in the morning. In the afternoon they are free to take part in the Park´s activities (hatha yoga, meditation with tibetan bells, musicotheraphy with oriental instruments, pranayama programme, walks, movies, etc.)

All around the year, volunteers from all over the world come to the Park to discover their skills, get in contact with mother earth, helping us to improve our local community, knowing new people, learning Spanish and enjoying this attractive experience and nature.

Yoga Ashram:

Park is also a Yoga Ashram. Every day you can take part in hatha yoga classes (that enables you to harmonize mind, body and spirit), practicing meditation with oriental instruments (to connect you with your inner self ) and learning about the most ancient indian teachings (law of karma, self realization science, etc)

Accomodation:

Park has several confortable cabins available (blanket, hot water and start room) in single, double or triple rooms.

Diet:

Park has it own vegetarian organic restaurant, with an excellent and tasteful variety of Latinoamerican and Indian vegetarian dishes.

Volunteer program includes full board (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner)

What to bring:

Confortable clothes for yoga, meditation and working

Higienic staffs

An open mind and good disposition to share.

What to Avoid:

Any food made with any kind of meat or eggs.

Alcoholic drinking, intoxicants and drugs.

Interantional Certificate:

Eco Yoga Park is member of an international Eco Village Network association. Park provides International validity certificate of the volunteer program or studies.

Cost:

Volunteer program has a cost of usd 12 a day (2 weeks or more) or usd 15 (less time) to cover accomodation. Special cost for long permanency. There’s no minimun time to stay. We advice a week at least.
